5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping area (2026): Spain only
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-sale orders ship once products are available.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–14 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- Once shipped, responsibility passes to the customer.
- Tracking details will be provided by email.
6. Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds

7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Perishable goods (including bottled water once opened)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Customized or special-order products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
